PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Car Spawns: Where to Find Vehicles in PUBG

Cars provide a means of fast-traveling across the rather large map in PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds. They require gas and paint a target on your back while driving, but there’s no denying that cars can be incredibly useful. Today, we’re going to take a look at the most common PUBG car spawns to help you figure out where you’re most likely to find a vehicle to drive.

So, where can you find vehicles while playing PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds? For that, we’ll refer you to pretty much the same exact image we revealed in our article about the PUBG loot map.

ShatterNL, the creator of the map, actually added in details about the most common areas to find PUBG car spawns as well. The map marks possible vehicle spawn locations using purple markers with a car icon on them.

Here’s the map (click on it to expand it to full size):

As you can see, PUBG car spawns are, well, quite random and all over the place. Perhaps the biggest concentration of vehicle spawn locations can be found in and around the Sosnovka Military Base.

Remember, though, that just because a spawn marker is seen in an area doesn’t guarantee that one will spawn there. This map just shows where players have noted they’ve seen vehicles spawn at the most. It is not intended to be viewed as a definite, 100% accurate model.

Vehicle Types

Cars aren’t the only form of vehicular transport that spawn within the map, either. In fact, you can find a nice little mix of sedans, buggys, trucks, and more. In areas that feature a beach or nearly any body of water you can also find speedboats to use.

Vehicle Usage Tips

There are a few things to keep in mind when searching for a car of any kind. First off, you’re probably going to need some gas. Yes, these digital vehicles require fuel and you’ll have to scavenge some if you want to drive the first car you come across because not all come with a tank of gas.

Next, similar to air drops, PUBG car spawns are often heavily camped and watched. This means if you see a car a little ways off and just run straight up to it without hesitation, it’s possible that you’ll get popped with a DMR or sniper by an enemy player keeping a sharp eye on the vehicle.

Another thing to remember is that vehicles are not invincible. They succumb to gunfire and will eventually burst into flames.

While it is somewhat dangerous to go joyriding in a car – simply because it is a huge object that is far more likely to get you spotted than just walking or running around – it’s also worth noting that it’s rare you’ll take a ton of damage while driving around.

Cars keep you shielded from most enemy fire. The biggest exception is when a skilled player aims directly for your head and makes contact. Players with great aim using powerful PUBG weapons can wipe you out if you’re driving in a straight line.
